Happiness comes your way by your way

There is no fixed formula for happiness.
Each one of us may live our life in our own ways to stay happy. Someone may do that by staying busy in office work, reading, writing, dress making, family time, social service, watching or playing a sport, fitness, music, dance or any other human activity.

One rule does apply, if anytime we are not feeling happy then we are not busy enough in an activity which can bring us that happiness.

On the other hand sickness or disease can also reduce our happiness quotient. If they happen to be short ones such as a cold, flu, or fever, then they are actually good for health. Any such brief spells help the body to reset itself and rejuvenate. However if it is a chronic,
and long term illness or any other sickness of a serious nature, then we must know that there is a need to change our life styles and build a strong determination of reversing any downward trends. Also we must take expert medical advice and start usage of any medicines that will overcome such serious illnesses.

Yes, though we are not immortal and each body will find a reason to perish, but we can always do our best to push that day as far as possible. Whether we do this through a healthy life style or by use of modern medicine, the end goal of a happy day to day living must be achieved.

We also know that quality of life at times may be dependent upon hereditary factors, where in genes play an important role in determining the life span of a body or it’s medical conditions. However this can be overcome by using the Power of Perception. If we perceive that we will be in good health soon
and make a strong determination that I want to feel better, along with that start indulging in any of our favorite activities, then such a positive mindset will bring us out from any low periods of our life.

Along with physical health our mental health is equally important and at times both can be interdependent. Telling yourself strongly that any given state of time is temporary and so are any bad times or periods of depression, does work wonders.

We should also use any opportunities of rest and slow down for retrospection. Find out if anything is wrong in the way we live and work how it can be improved by making it healthier and less stressful. Use these low periods to discover your innermost passions and if indulging in those will bring you the happiness you are looking for. The outcome of this inner search will instantly give you the magic pill of happiness.

Since each body is unique, the formula for keeping it healthy and most importantly staying happy will also be unique and personal to yourself. We have to discover this on our own. Many people share their experiences of how to stay happy and healthy. Learn from them, get inspired, but do not attempt to copy in ditto. See what best applies to yourself and then one day share your formula and experiences as well. If you haven’t done it already then take the initiative now, take out time and find out what is your calling for happiness?
