My real success comes from the Enablement and Empowerment my company IPMC has brought to the countries we operate in. At our inception in 1992 the technology revolution had just begun with one of the first Microsoft Windows becoming popular. Coming up with the first accounting software I wrote which enabled businesses to develop better control, all the technology solutions and system integration services IPMC has provided to its customers since then has enabled their fast growth and in turn making our host country Ghana as one of the fastest growing economies of Africa.

Along with the enablement which IPMC brought to businesses, it is the empowerment of the youth which has created a strong impact in the West Africa region. IPMC IT training has not only become the de facto standard for hands on skills a candidate must possess, but the snowball effect this huge IT skill set has created in all walks of life is tremendous. Going forward too IT skills will remain paramount for any industry, along with that strong IT skills and IPMC will continue to remain synonyms.
